

Marek Musioł

Marek Musioł is an attorney at law, registered with the OIRP Bar in Warsaw and the Brussels Bar (Barreau de Bruxelles). He is the founder and managing partner of Musioł & Partners Law Firm, operating since 1994. He specializes in commercial law and strategic legal advice for senior executives, corporate entities, investors, and individuals
Marek has over 30 years of legal experience in various industries, including banking, financial services, VC transactions, foreign investments in Poland, real estate, food industry, media, consumer electronics, and construction services.
He has successfully led the firm's legal team in complex projects, including representing clients in high-profile, precedent-setting court cases against major international financial institutions and banks, particularly related to compliance with financial service standards, invalidation of defective bank securities, international insolvency law, and the implementation of EU law in Poland.
Before founding the firm, Marek worked in law firms in the United States, at the London office of the global law firm Clifford Chance (Company Department), and in law firms in Poland. He was an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
Marek Musioł has been listed in the most important Polish and international lawyer rankings (Rzeczpospolita, Legal500, International Legal Experts), in specialties such as corporate law, commercial law, insolvency law, intellectual property law, labor law, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation.
He is a graduate of the Law and Administration Department at the University of Warsaw and the Postgraduate Business Administration Studies at the same university. He also holds a diploma from the Enterprise and Investment Lawyers Course at the International Development Law Institute (IDLI) in Rome. He completed a full-time judicial training, and passed both the judge's and bar exams.
Marek is fluent in Polish and English and also speaks French and Spanish. In his free time, he is a producer and performer of electronic music, co-creator of several studio albums, and founder of the Art and Progress Foundation in Warsaw, supporting independent culture, music, and artists.
