Jan Szoszuk

Jan Szoszuk is an attorney-at-law (adwokat), registered within the Warsaw Bar Association. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. During his studies, he participated in a scholarship program at the Faculty of Law at Rijksuniversiteit in Groningen, where he studied international public and private law.

Additionally, he completed a course on international law and human rights at The Hague Academy of International Law at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. He also pursued studies in art law at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli in Rome and art history at the University of Warsaw.

He underwent a 3-year legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association and passed the bar examination. His professional experience spans working in Warsaw law firms as well as in courts. He specializes in civil law, commercial law, corporate services, as well as copyright law and art law.

Jan Szoszuk is fluent in English and proficient in French and Italian, what enables him to effectively represent clients in international matters.
