BPCC Academy: Protection of the Customer’s Interests in Relations with Banks – Musioł & Partners’ workshop for BPCC Academy

Our law office works closely with the British Polish Chamber of Commerce. As part of this cooperation, our experts conducted a workshop in the series BPCC Academy.
During the workshop, experienced legal counsels Mr M. Musioł and Iwona Mirosz– experts in banking practice and litigation against banks form our law firm– shared their practical knowledge of difficult aspects of relations with banks.
They explained how legislation protects the bank customers and present examples of the agreement execution and resolution of disputes with banks. Issues common in credit agreements and bank account agreements were main discussed topics; however, the presented examples and comments concerned other agreement types and banking transactions. The role of a legal counsel in reducing the risks involved in transactions between companies and banks was also presented. {link}
