We provide legal corporate assistance of companies in all matters relating to their legal formation, registration and functioning. We prepare acts of establishment, statutes, articles of association (“umowy spółki”), internal resolutions, regulations and other  legal acts.

We assist in planning, preparation and conclusion of of general meetings of shareholders, stockholders, supervisory boards and management boards. We prepare resulting documents for registration and represent entities before the National Court Registry (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy – KRS)
