The meeting, organised by BPCC, was devoted to the issues concerning waste management.Representatives of one of the biggest public utility companies of waste management sector in Great Britain, together with investors and lawyers experienced in this field, participated in the conference. Following matters were discussed: issues concerning impact of waste directive on Polish legislation, current condition of implementation of regulations and self-governments authorities’ preparation for changing them. British practitioners explained how waste management should function effectively and how to fund it applying public/private partnership.
