On October 23, 2012 Marek Musioł participated in the conference “Luxembourgish-Polish financial relations – new challenges and opportunities” at the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Warszawa.
A round table discussion was focused on new legal aspects of business cooperation. On 7th June 2012 a protocol between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg was signed amending the Convention the Avoidance of Double Taxation of 14th June 1995..
Distinguished panelists from Luxembourg and Poland, including Mr Conrad A. Bruch The Amdassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Poland, representatives of Polish Ministry of Finance, lawyers, tax advisors and business people, discussed the new challenges and opportunities for bilateral financial relations in light of amendments to the Luxembourg-Polish Dual Taxation Prevention Treaty.
The conference was organized by the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Warszawa and Wardynski & Partners.
